All the red H&R e30 springs i have seen are race, not sport.

how does that setup feel? i have a 5 lug swap also. im debating how i want to upgrade. not sure if spring will give good performance or drop. since that setup is kind of like a bastard child it doesn't really fit in e36 or e30.

ive started parting out my e30. idk how it feels on stock sway bars but i had IE 25/22 sway bars and it made my ride semi bouncy. my setup was e36 m3 h&r sport, e36 front bilstein sport, e30 bilstein rear, IE 25/22 sway bars, poly bushings everywhere and tree house racing FCABS. the car had 0 body roll and it was a vert. make sure you have grippy tires cause that setup above gave me a decent amount of understeer at a semi-high speed turns.
