ok here it goes. i am going to make a small attempt at something but i need a piece off of a steering wheel (that's why im saying off of a beaten or busted steering wheel). Here's what i need. On the back of a NON-AIRBAG wheel, the black plastic piece that the metal ring sits in that actuates the horn. I dont care if the plastic arm that returns the stalks is there or not, as long as that plastic ring portion is there in one piece. If anyone is willing to send me one of these, i would really appreciate it.

I will even pay the postage, im just really trying to get another one of these.
