I have a special tape that's reallllly close to the material texture. I'll take some pics tomorrow if it if your interested.

I'm interested, if he isn't. I could certainly use some nearly matching tape for the few cuts n holes in mine.

I had my hardtop redone few weeks ago.... I can ask upholstery shop if he can get me raw material he used, and how much it would be....

Its not a PERFECT match, but the texture is very similar. My hardtop is also really faded, here's a pic of how I purchased it. It might match better on a none faded top, but I don't know anyone with a hard top to check that with..
