WTB rear console with heated seats cut outs

Looking for rear center console for coupe in good condition with the cutouts for heated seat buttons
This is the piece that holds the handbrake and rear ashtray

just remove your console and look underneath. there is a perforated section.

Yes
But I know the console is plastic with a vinyl layer stuck on
Worried that during working in it
I damage or separate the vinyl layer from the plastic
Thereby ruining the whole thing
I have a spare console
And yes I know the cut out is shown from underneath
But it's no perforated
At least on the 2 consoles I have
For such a cheap part, it's not worth the effort
I know the price of a new console is $40
But can't find the part number for the one with the cut outs
