Late Model Rear Trailing Arms (MD)

I'm new to the BMW game and would like to ditch my rear drums on my '85 318i.

It is my understanding that I need to swap out my rear trailing arms with late model 318i/is rear trailing arms, but I probably also need discs and calipers and anything else involved. Does anyone have any other this in the DEL/MAR/VA area and are willing to sell?
