Why not just buy a new iS lip from Blunt (http://bmw.blunttech.com/) or Levant (http://www.gutenparts.com/)

IIRC It will be about $120-130ish with the lip clips

Cheapest I found for OEM was through tischer, for 115 shipped, I think it was $123 with all new clips iirc.
