    85 318i dash

    looking for a dash that fits a 318i.. mines cracked like in 4 places. . haha anyone have a spare dash for CHEAP or can anyone be nice and hook it up for free? Hahaha :) im a new blood to da forums =[ .. that has like 1 crack or minimal cracks that are hardly visible? msg me or email defnix@gmail.com....

    your gonna want to find one local' cause I just shipped a mint one and it cost an arm & a leg to ship.. I have one w/a very small blemish but unless your local...

        I bought the last dashboard from Mark. The dash he sent me was exactly as described. Great shape. He is a trustworthy guy and great communicator.

                i have a dash for sale but give me a few days maybe monday to send you pics i wont be home this weekend or maybe ill try to take some pics tomorrow but cant promise you anything

                where do you live since i dont know how much shipping will be
                if its close to NYC then maybe i can drive some distance so we can meet and you can take this

                    It cost me $140 to ship a dash from NH to Tenn. Via fed-ex ground. So thats why I haven't really mentioned much about the one I have. I do have another one but I got the shit end of the stick when I shipped the other one

                      It really shouldn't cost that much. Granted, it's pushing the envelope that FedEx and UPS set for their oversized boxes, but it can be done cheaper. If it's done with custom boxing (not a big box-shaped box), cut cardboard up and shape it to the item you're shipping, it can be done cheaper. It's all a combination of length, girth, and weight (which isn't a factor for a dash). Most likely, they screwed you on the girth...no pun intended. :)
                      I shipped a catback exhaust and a midsection exhaust (hard to box because it bends up), for $25 each from St. Louis to Michigan.
