WTB - Dash & seat for 1988 E30

Looking for a good clean dash. Minor blems OK.

Also, and this is a long shot, need a good tan leather passenger sport seat.

I'm in SoCal and can pick up.

I have a dash available for $120 plus shipping.

I also have a passengers tan sport seat available for $200, the leather is a little on the dry side and could use a good conditioning, but all the functions work including the heaters.
