WTB knock sensors M/S 50 engine

I need two pairs of the knock sensors- 4 total. Used is preferred in good conditon. Best price new is $200 for all 4, looking to spend $100 on all four used.

    Thanks

    Kevin

Used aren't worth using. They are just about always cracked and really not usable. Knock sensors do NOT work properly in poor condition.

Buy them new, even if its painful.

Yeah, you really don't want cracked sensors. It's one of those things you gotta throw down the money for.

Yes, buy them new and make sure you torque them to spec.

Thanks guiys. $100 for the set.

I am in the process of a full rebuild of a S50 into my E30... You can imagine the prices adding up....

why skimped on the sensors now? skimp on other parts and complete your rebuild the right way.

                Thanks... I was told..

that the dealer doesn't even stock these...hardly ever replaced. They really never go bad, that is why I was asking if someone had a set laying around...

I want to do the conversion right and spend the needed money for that to happen. As you done one, you know.
