I have a 3.23 from an E36 M3. Two ear cover on the rear, as it would fit in an E36. Im not sure if thats what you're looking for but I could probably do $375 shipped. 178k on it.

I appreciate the other responses but e36 m3 diff will not fit and 3.73 is too low of gearing for daily.
