WTB E30 Seat Belt Receptacle Housing

I don't need the whole assembly, just the black plastic housing
(actually just 1/2 of the housing - see picture).

If you have one with a broken mechanism and would take the housing off
(to save weight shipping), how much would you want?

It's for a 1991 318i
The part number for the whole assy is:

72-11-1-941-409 Which was superseded by 72-11-1-941-407
