    what is this part called and where can I get one?

    Under the front bumper there is a black "valance"? I tried to circle it in the pic. What is this part called? Where can I get one?

      You can call it an early model lip I guess. That one is from a non-oil cooled car.
      Junk yard or Craigslist is your best bet.
