WTB: tan seats, chrome door trim, lower front valence lip

Hello R3V! I have recently purchased my first e30 and am in need of a few parts to commence my semi restoration. the first part is hte large piece of chrome trim that goes fomr the a pillar to the top of hte c pillar, you shall see it missing in the picture :

I would also need hte clips for this piece of trim, as well as some of hte clips for the other side as hte only one i have is in the middle
The next part is the loew valence lip,

I believe i have the clips for it, however the lip itself is just missing.
i am also looking for a set of tan front seats, i have no preference whether they are sports or comforts so long as they are in decent shape.
I am northwest of atlanta, georgia, so I would prefer to either ship, or for the seats to drive and meet somewhere. I would be willing to drive a maximum of 3 hours. Please PM me with offers and what not

I have heated tan comfort seats in about 9/10 condition with the wiring to the fuse box and the switches. i do live in Washington state but you your willing to pay shipping i can get a quote
