Wtb m42 motor

I looking for a rebuilt or a low mile motor I can drop into my 318is. Tired of constantly replacing head gaskets and ex. If anyone has a complete good running m42 motor please let me know.

I've got a refurbished m42 with less than 1000 miles on it (after refurb, has about 85k total) New gaskets all around. New rings,tensioner, chain guides, painted valve cover and intake manifold ect. Let me know if you're interested. I can shoot you some pics.

Yeah I just built it and didn't even get to run it hard. It's an e36 block with e30 head and mildly reground cams. I'll send you some pictures in the morning.
