RB: fuel/temp gauge grounding nuts

Hi guys,
Going through my e30, I found that my fuel and temp gauges are jumping a little.

As standard practice, I pulled the cluster to clean and tighten the grounding nuts - only to find that they are not there. Maybe the PO lost them, they fell off, or whatever... I just need a pair.

If anyone out there can help me out, that'd be amazing.
