    WTB: late bumpers w/hardware for upgrade also needs valance

    1st post newbie although 3 E30 M3's and Eta 87 4dr. For this WTB > Color Alpine is a plus.
    I just bought an 89 cabrio. A complete late bumper swap/setup is needed including hardware and the valance. Also, I'm in CA. If anybody does side job installs or can supply the parts and refer to an installer I would really appreciate it.
