Tampa,FL. rear quater panel driver side HELP

had the usual bummer at the local WalMart giant avalanche truck ends up mushing my rear drivers side quater panel. All state will only do very little to help. I have the usual bit of rust in the trunk and they now won't straighten the panel because of structural un soundness lol. At any rate I have metal out of the wheel well rubbing the tire gotta get something done soon , thanks in advance Scott
