    WTB: 2.79/2.93 in NC area

Looking for a used 2.79 or 2.93 differential from a 325e. Open or Limited-slip. I'm looking for something relatively local (within 150 miles), that I can pick up. I'd like to avoid having one shipped to me due to the possibility of damage and the high cost of shipping a diff.

    Thanks for looking,
    Stu

Stu, I've got a 2.93 Open around here somewhere.

I definitely have a 2.93 Ring + pinion gear sitting on the floor of my barn- if you want to make your own... :)

I also have a tranny that I need to deliver to Korman sometime in the near future- so I could probably deliver the R&P or the diff to you- at least as far as Korman's shop.

      Lemme know.

      Bret.

        Bret,

I'd rather have a full (ready to bolt-in) diff than a r/p....don't really have the ability to setup a rear-end from scratch! If it's just swapping side-gears and back cover, that is no problem.

        PM coming your way

I know Scotty Bimmerfanatik had one or two.

Particularly the ultra long 2.79 or whatever
