1991 318is 5 Speed Manual Transmission

3rd and 4th gear is out and I was planning on doing a rebuild but I can not find a rebuild kit or most of the internals. Does anyone have a 5 speed 100% known to be working with no issues? Or even where rebuild kits might be sold? I brought it in to my mechanic there was some issues finding most of the internal parts (sliders, etc).

Your best bet would be to get a used trans in good working condition. Parts for these transmissions are expensive.
