Found more rust on the car and need a the wheel well. I need like the outter like 3 inches of part number 6 in the diagram and if you left the quarter panel intact I'd be fine with that

I've got an 85 shell in my driveway. The outer fenders were cut for flares. Part 6 there is the outer half of the inner fender arch correct (i.e. not part of the rear quarter)?
