    Does anyone rebuild MAFs?

I guess this is more of a "services wanted" than parts, but I'm looking to have the MAF on my M50 rebuilt. I've got a pretty heavy suspicion that it's on its way out, and rather than just find another used one that will do the same eventually, I'd like to have mine rebuilt. Does anyone know who does such a thing, and about what it costs?

Contact Gregs///M. I know he rebuilds M20 AFMs but not sure on the M50 MAFs.

Looks like Bavarian Restoration only does AFMs, not MAFs with the hot-air element.

That being said, does anyone have a good-condition used M50 MAF for sale?

Not much to "rebuild". All you can do is replace the element, which isn't very cost effective.

I usually just spray brake cleaner and blow it out with air. Works just fine now. Any piece of hair can affect it.
I also used to have my sensor pointing towards the ground. It used to hesitate horribly. I dont know if my K&N had anything to do with it. When I rotated the sensor to point towards the sky, it ran perfectly after that. And no issues since.
