Looking for a early model one piece euro valance, not the two piece version.

Apparently BMW has 200 on order from the vendor, but its been 3 months and I'm tired of waiting.

Looking only for perfect condition.

Waiting on the same part from the dealer, gave up and ended up ordering one from Germany but it's the 770 part (without vents). Check out ebay.de you might get lucky.

It's unfortunate.
They have new stock of the vented two piece valance, but from what I hear, they wont clear a oil cooler as they were for 323i.
And as you said, the 770 is available, I just didnt want to cut up a new part, yet..

Yeah before my engine swap, 2.7 eta to 2.5, I bought a 2 piece plus lip which is now collecting dust. However if I decide to buy a 318 I'll source Euro bumps and use it because it is still a really nice valance

Called the dealer this morning, they said BMW has put in an order for 400 units from the manufacturer and they have 37 customer orders pending, no ETA though. Since these are so hard to get I'm thinking when they get them I'm gonna pick up 2 or 3 of them either resell them or keep just in case one gets damaged.

Have you tried sourcing one from Europe? I'm not trying to be an ass but would a used one work for you? A friend of mine is over there now scouring yards looking for crappy VW parts but is happy to retrieve crappy, I mean valuable BMW parts as well.

I found my early valance on a grey market 323i that I drove to Rochester to scavenge. I then traded my valance to Sharky for a NOS later model valance that he had shipped in from BMW S. Africa. It takes a while but you'll get your valance
