Do you mean to type IX side skirts? Because the IS never came with side skirts ;-)

The 1991 325i coupe and sedan with the Sport Package option did come with nice side skirts if those are the ones you're talking about.

Actually some IS cars did indeed come with side skirts. Check out ECSTuning. Type in the part numbers and you will find them pretty cheap. Probably about $200 shipped (brand new).

It was an option that was available for the RWD 325 coupes and sedans starting around 1988 or so, but it was not standard equipment on the US-spec 325is as shipped from the factory.
