wtb: Rear Headrest kit & Wooden handle Automatic

I would like to get the following for my car:

• Rear seat Headrest Bracket Kit - 52-20-9-058-393
• Automatic transmission wooden handle.

I know both items can be purchased new but they seem somewhat expensive so I am asking if anyone has any in their stash.
