    HELP! Motor mount needed in Eugene

    Hey guys...anyone here have a motor mount? Mine is ripped in half...some dumbass (ME) replaced one of them a year ago....DUH! More stress on the second. Oh well.

    Someone help a brotha out here!

    What's the problem? just order a new one from bmaparts.com or order a urethane set from IE. You dont want a used MM.

      Replacing one again isn't going to solve the problem caused by replacing one originally!

      Just replace both and end the viscious cycle!

            You can still drive with ripped motor mounts. Just gotta be a smoother driver and brake early.

            I did it for a couple months - granted I think I only put on like 300 miles - but still...every time I went over a bump, I cringed in fear.

            It helps that I didn't have a fan clutch though...hehehe
