    WTB: Output Flange

Anyone have an output flange? I need one for a 92 convertible. I don't believe it matters if it is from an automatic or a manual.

I'll assume you mean the transmission output flange. I have one from an automatic.

Did you want to sell it?
I've ordered one but it is going to take 3 weeks to get here. Have a pic?

They DO matter. I ran into this issue. They make large and smaller splines regardless if its small or large guibo. Manual trans have lots of splines and the autos have thicker splines.. You need a Small guibo cause its a late model, but if you have a manual trans you need the correct splines for a manual trans.

I've been using the BMW online parts catalog to reference. I believe what your saying about the splines. It seems to me that they may have several variations with different configurations. I hope the advice of the catalog is correct, otherwise I'll be ordering and reordering and that's not going to be fun with 3 week lead times.

I'm still looking for an output flange if you have one.

The number of splines in mine if I counted correctly is 16.
