WTB Black ski pass seat/non airbag knee bolster

I am looking for a black ski pass rear seat, only really need the upper portion but am willing to buy both top and bottom. Prefer no rips at the seams but willing to work with what you have.

Also looking for a nice non-cracked knee bolster for a 5 speed non airbag car.
