Wtb: Swapped e30

I am looking for a clean e30 that has had a motor swap, s50, m50 even an s14 318 (Gas). Track cars too, If they are street legal and daily drivable. I can spend as much as 9k so show me what you got. Looking for cars in the PNW especially.
