WTB: S3.25 LSD Differential

Looking for a 3.25 limited slip differential from an E28, preferably with low mileage from a recently running car with no whine.

I've got a large case 210mm S3.25 diff from an m535i. I don't think it fits e30 tho.

if it's from a 5'er it should be medium cased and should fit with only replacing the cover plate i'm pretty sure.

Still looking. Got fucked by the seller and he sold it to someone else. I need a diff with low miles, a good lsd clutch pack, and quiet bearings. Someone help me find one please!

I have one if you can't find local. I'm told it's 88k. I've been holding onto it but can't seem to get rid of my 3.73 yet. I already converted the output shafts and have the back case to put on too. Would be ready to just bolt in. PM if interested. $550 plus shipping with new condor bushing, $500 with OEM.

I have the 3.25 gears if you are interested. Its a good excuse to learn how to rebuild your differential.

Those gears won't fit my case. As it will only accommodate upto a 3.07. I will need a different LSD carrier since my s2.79 is not compatible with the 3.25 gears. I also don't have the tools to do a pinion shaft swap and setup. I was planning on resealing output flanges and cover anyway, and possibly clutches.

Time and tool availability is a major factor.

A 3.25 from an e28 535i use the same carrier size as 325 e30. I have swap e28 s3.25 on my 325e e30 before and the only thing I have to swap over from the e30 was the output flanges and rear cover.

Replied. I don't disagree, but its a proven swapped low mile 3.25. Like I mentioned, I hope you can find one cheaper and closer. If not, at least you know what a good one would cost on the higher end of your budget. No worries for me, just offering an option.
