WTB: turn signal stalk and non-airbag windshield wiper stalk

Looking for these two items. Trying to take care of two birds with one stone here.

Neither left nor right indicators auto-cancel when I rotate the steering wheel back and forth.

Whenever I turn the windshield wipers on the squirters turn on and won't stop unless I turn off the car, so I'm hoping a new stalk will fix that.
