WTB Grey E30 Carpet

I recently bought some carpet from a guy on here but I was unaware that the carpet had no padding and the piece that goes under the rear seat was not included. :( Does anyone have any non-vert grey carpet in decent condition that includes the padding and the 2nd piece?

I have one that is decent. No wear on driver pad but in rear there is wear. but flor mats would cover it. And it's real dirty. Shipping might kill it though.
