WTB Racing Seats

Looking at seats.
I have an E30, 325i, Swapped S50, not that that means anything.

I have been looking at;

Sparco Sprint V
Sparco Evo II
Corbeau Forza Sport

Also belts, Schroth.

Let me know what you have...

Mostly Autocross, but considering bolt in roll cage.

My suggestion - if you are just going Autocross for now, get yourself a harness bar. It'll basically bolt where the top of the stock seat belt does and go back behind what ever race seat are using, and will keep the racing belts properly positioned for you.

I ran a similar setup in my Ford Focus when I AutoX. And most Harness bars are simple enough to throw in before an event and yank out when finished. That way you can swap a stock seat set up during the week.

Also, allows you to keep the top belts mounted to it, with out the need to rethread them every time.

I have the Sparco Evo II US seat in my e30. It's extremely tight fitting. It actually rubs a little bit against the door panel. I had a Recaro SPG in there prior and that fit nicely but I'm about 210lbs so I didn't fit too great in it. I'm actually selling it for $250 tmo lol... I think the Evo II would fit, seeing it's not the wider version like I have. Just make sure to do alot of measuring prior to ordering a seat. Also, we get stupid great deals on them.
