    Rebuilding a small case 4.10 LSD 1991 318is and discovered a broken cover on the LSD spool.
    Crosses with about every small and medium case diff of that vintage.

    That part number comes up as a European 6 series diff cover on RealOEM.com. I have a perfectly clean E36 318ti small case diff cover with a brand new diff bushing and what appears to be a brand new speed sensor for sale if you can determine that it'll work.

    edit *** NVM. I see it now. That LSD end cap that always seems to break on the small case diffs. Thanks for pointing it out.

                Look on Ebay. There are some billet ones from the UK and Europe (hint: the one from Lithuania is much cheaper than from the UK).
