Euro Grills & shocks

I'm looking to buy some Euro Grills fopr around $40, and some shocks with a budget but i'm also not looking to be cheap as these are the key to lowering my car all the way! But i would like to keep it in the mid $200's...The shocks can be anything aftermarket that can support a very "low" car and i need all 4...Thankyou!
