          ^^^ driveshafts are the same between manual and automatic IX cars.

            yes, they are, diffs are different ratio but also compatible as long as you retain the matching front/rear. -- 226k on the odo, boosted for the last 5k of that. was out of my turbo rally car. did a lot of driving on snow ice and dyno'd it. splines are great. transmission shifts like butter. transfer case viscous shows typical age when its all warmed up, lock is probably 25-30% vs 60-70% new. still spun all four wheels on ice and snow without issue.
