I have a new valance for 200.00 used one still mint for 150.00 and a good used fender for 50.00

plus shipping cost.

I just went to USPS to see how much it costs to ship and shipping a front valance by itself was around $110 USPS ground with a makeshift box to reduce size.
Good luck finding one in person because that will be your cheapest route
