WTB: Low mileage / great running M20B25

I want to make a car move I got cheap.

Basically I want a low mileage, good to great history of maintence, or freshly maintenced engine. Let me know what you have, something around the southwest would be nice, but I'm expecting I'll need to have it shipped to me. I'll be in the position to buy it in a month or so, it isn't needed asap, so I'm willing to wait for the right engine.

my son has one in minnesota, fresh timing belt,waterpump all belts,valves adjusted and all new seals within the last 5k miles. 450.00 ////158k
it was my motor before i did the s52 and its a strong motor. uses no oil and no issues
