Anyone doing any body cuts? I'm looking to fix some of my rust spots

Looking for the following
1. small corner of the passenger side rear floor
2. Licence plate lights
3. front rocker panel, just before the front fender.

The first picture doesn't look that bad? Looks like just surface rust.
Second one should be pretty easy to fix with some new sheet metal and make a panel yourself. Tailgate.. I don't know might be easier to try and find one that has no/less rust?
