WTB: S50 in norcal

Looking for a complete S50 engine with acessories.
Decide to do the s50 swap.So I'll be posting some m20 goodies for sale soon...(markD chip,m30afm swap,IE catback....)

Already studying the infamous DOHC engine swap..
On page 22 as of right now.But if anyone here has done the m50/s50 swap may I contact you guys on AIM for some q's and advice? :)

Also if you guys have any other parts for the swap let me know . IE e34 oil pan sump,etc..

search craigslist. i see ppl parting out their wrecked e36 m3 all the time. i have found a couple s50 with around 100K miles, for $2500.

There is an e34 oilpan in the Pick-N-Pull in San Jose on Monterey Rd.
Well, at least it was there a week ago. It's been there over a month, so act fast before they crush the car.
Its in a e34 touring. I think it's schwarz.

I live a bit past Sacramento. There is an indepentdent BMW mechanic that I work next to. He has a 95 525i that I was getting body parts off of a while back. The engine is still in the car. If you need the pan and the sump get in touch with me and I can get you his contact info. I'm sure he would let the parts go for cheap.

as for s50 on craigslist...i'll be keeping an eye out..seen like they only want to sell the car as a whole..
