tan vinyl rear seat back with armrest.

I am looking for a tan vinyl rear seat. I only need the back portion not the bottom. I want one with a arm rest. I would like to be able to use the "ski" hole in my 318is. Would be nice when hauling anything long and also to help bass makes it way in from my soon to have small sub.
