Does the ETA engine share the same oilpan as the regular B25?

If so, I can transfer my oil pan (for the iX) over... does $75 sound like a reasonable offer?

(I have NO idea what these engines are worth... since it's an ETA engine, I'd probably only want the bottom end...)

well based on what i've seen eta bottom ends go for (about $200) i'm thinking $350 for a complete motor that is in this nice of shape would be pretty reasonable.

I have 2 "i" motors in the $200 range...
