Heated seat element for e30 sport seat

    Hi Guys!

I need a working heated seat element for an e30 sport seat.

    Thanks!

      That’s an interesting question 411....

I currently have one and it has 2 elements (top and bottom), but it has one common wire that plugs in under the seat. One element is working (I will have to check whether it is top or bottom), the other is not.

I didn’t realize that there was a 2 separate element seat heater.

Do you have pics? I’m wondering if I could splice in the one I need to the one that is working.

      Thanks!

Yes they can be spliced.....usually it's the bottom element is bad......it is a very intensive job to change.....make sure your bottom center upholstery is of good quality (otherwise not worth the effort )
...............* I may have the proper bottom heated seat cushion depending on what you need;)

Bottom center upholstery is still pretty good, no rips/tears. May be interested in your cushion though. I’m assuming the upholstery tears or falls apart trying to remove/replace?

And you are correct, bottom element is the bad one.

          How much are you asking?
