Have condenser, dryer and switch..
Also have a few untested compressors

I would buy everything new besides compressor, you can rebuild those fairly easy and cheap.

Are you upgrading to r134a? If so, I'd at least buy a new expansion valve, parallel flow condenser, drier, and pressure switch (parts that are made for r134). The original lines and compressor will be fine to use.
