Not trying to nag you, but it is going ot be hard to find someone on the forums selling an "IS" lip because they are in such high demand and rarely are for sale! If i was you i would look in the local phone book or google some Junk Yards and ask if they have any "IS" model e30's there with the lip! Goodluck and if you do find more than one is lip in a junkyard i'm sure you could make some $$$ on here!
