WTT: My tan twisted “Recaro” sports seat + cash for non-twisted tan seat

Looking to trade my tan sports seat in decent condition that has a twisted frame / broken bracket and some cash (up to $100) for another tan seat (preferably a sports seat) in decent condition that’s not twisted.

I’m only looking to do something locally, as shipping a seat seems like a hassle. I know I can repair my seat fairly easily...I just don’t have the mental fortitude to do that at the moment lol.

Anyways, here are some pictures of the seat I’m looking to trade:

As you can see, the only real imperfections besides the seat being bent is a little bit of cracking on the bolsters. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Not sure how mechanically inclined you are, but thats fixable.
Pull the 2 screws at bottom of back seat, and then there should be 2 bolts that hold the upper part of seat to bottom. If one of those fell out it will cause that. There could be more damage than that, like one of the cables that unlocks the seat to be reclined. Check those.

I will have to check that out! I think it’s either that or a bent bracket. The guy that owner the car before me was rather...large...so I wouldn’t be surprised if he bent the bracket.

Usually that happens when one of the cables that unlocks the back to swing is broken and then one side goes out of sync, so people force it back and forth till they ruin the seat or cause it to come loose from those 2 bolts. Ive had one where the bracket where the bolt screws on to broke off at the weld.
