318i ecu mount for s52 swap

Anyone have a 318i/is ecu mount? I'm completing my s52 swap and need this last piece.

Also, does anyone have a sealed box for a 10" sub sized to fit a convertible? I currently have the dual 8" Lukebox but want to change it up to a single 10" if possible.
