I have one. Doesnt lock up as much as a new one does but you can still rotate the car and what not. Its in a wrecked car at the moment so I would need to pull it out next weekend (weekend AFTER the super bowl) I would sell it for $200 shipped. I am in Indianapolis, IN if it matters.
