    WTB o2 Sensor

    need an o2 sensor for my 91' 318i i am getting like 10mpg or less haha. also get the fault 1222, so from what ive gathered its a fault sensor. Anyone have a good one?

    I have 1 out of m20 (I dont know if they are interchangeable). If it is, its 15 bucks to your door.

      i am almost sure they are different
      anyone got a pic of what it looks like exactly on the car, and what i would need to pull. (there is a m42 at the yard, getting to it might be another story.)

        Autozone? BMA, places that have new ones.

          Ya, I would call BMA and get one from them. It is always good to buy new sensors and they aren't too expensive.

              my m42 318 was in need of a o2 sensor as well.....and throwing the same code..i called bmw to find that a new one was 300 CAD+tax...OUCH...so i found the super cheap Bosch e36 318 o2 sensor from the dealer for only about 35 CAD taxes in which i found to be a fucking sweet deal comming from the dealer but the connectors and length were still off so i just cut off the old bad sensor and spilced the new one in = problem solved. i would highly suggest trying that if you're handy with splicing 4 wires.
