Wanted: Manual Window and Sunroof

I've got an 87 325is coupe with power windows and sunroof which is a dedicated track car. (in development)

I would like to convert over to manual / crank systems, so that I can remove the motor components and the associated wiring.

1) Are there any gochas with a crank conversion?
2) anyone have the parts i need?
3) anyone want the power parts? I would provide a complete set of motors, factory wiring harnesses, etc. But i need the manual parts first.
