WTB: IS Lip and license plate filler

Hi guys,
Got myself an 89 325i project car and will be starting on some mods/repairs soon.
So does anyone have an IS lip or a license plate filler?

Or would someone know where I can find a new OEM plate filler?
Abraham motorsports has a E30 OEM Euro License Plate Holder, but I don't think that's what I need. It's a holder, not a filler, right?
